We’re growing — and we’re looking for a Technical Operations Lead to help scale the operational backbone behind our fast design excellence.

This role is about building and growing that engine.

You’ll partner with design, operations, warehouse, sales, marketing and leadership teams to ensure our systems scale as we continue expanding our footprint and capabilities.

What You’ll Shape

Rather than just manage systems, you will:

  • Create a seamless ecosystem across Salesforce (CRM), Ascent (ERP), and our productivity stack
  • Employ APIs, middleware and workflows to enhance connectivity across the technology environment
  • Strengthen infrastructure that supports our Secaucus-based operations++ and warehouse team and work on expansion strategy to other markets
  • Improve visibility into inventory, projects, and performance
