RHOME / QUADRA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of luxury staging and turnkey residential projects. This role ensures projects run smoothly from planning through installation, with responsibility for aligning internal teams and maintaining clear execution across all phases.
You will work closely with design, buying, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure workflows are followed, timelines are met, and installations are delivered accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects while keeping cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.

Location: NYC Remote + Office & Warehouse located in Secaucus, NJ (Hybrid) Full-time | Competitive salary + benefits

Pay: $75,000 – $90,000 per year

Job description:

RHOME / QUADRA is a leader in luxury staging and turnkey services within the high-end residential real estate market, seeking a Project Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of staging and turnkey projects from planning through installation.

This role is responsible for ensuring all project phases run smoothly, with strong alignment across internal teams including design, buying, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations. The Project Manager serves as the central coordination point, ensuring workflows are followed, timelines are met, and installations are executed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of staging and turnkey projects from planning through final installation.
  • Track all active projects to ensure timelines, deliverables, and installation schedules are met.
  • Coordinate project milestones across design, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Ensure smooth handoff between departments at each stage of the project lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Workflow Management

  • Act as the central point of coordination between design, buying, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Ensure all teams are aligned on project requirements, timelines, and installation sequencing.
  • Monitor workflow progress and proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication across all internal stakeholders.

Logistics & Installation Oversight

  • Coordinate delivery schedules, warehouse pulls, and on-site installation timelines.
  • Work closely with logistics and installation teams to ensure accurate execution on-site.
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues during installations to maintain project flow and quality standards.
  • Ensure all project components are accounted for during staging and breakdown processes.

Process Tracking & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate project tracking across internal systems and tools.
  • Document project progress, updates, and key milestones for internal visibility.
  • Ensure all project information is up to date and accessible across teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal workflows and coordination processes.

Internal Communication & Alignment

  • Facilitate clear communication between departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and operational needs.
  • Support team alignment on priorities and scheduling across multiple active projects.
  • Help maintain structure and accountability across fast-moving workflows.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, operations, staging, interiors, logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience in interiors, furniture, staging, or logistics coordination strongly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed during on-site execution challenges.
