In our ongoing Meet the Team series, we’re excited to highlight the individuals who help shape our signature style and carry each project from concept to completion. Today, we’re proud to introduce Mantha Norton, a Senior Designer whose thoughtful, refined approach consistently elevates the work we do.

She’s always pushing her designs forward—curious to see what else is possible and how far an idea can stretch. Where others might overlook a space, Mantha sees potential and brings it to life with quiet confidence and creative clarity.”
What inspired you to work with interiors, furniture, and design?
Design has always felt intuitive to me. Even as a kid, I was constantly rearranging my room—it was how I expressed myself. That early curiosity turned into a passion for interiors and furniture. I love the challenge of walking into an empty space and shaping it into something that feels warm, personal, and purposeful.
Why did you choose Quadra, and what do you enjoy most about working here?
I was drawn to Quadra’s strong reputation and clean, impactful design aesthetic. What stood out even more was the energy of the team and how collaborative the environment is. We’re always pushing boundaries, and there’s a clear commitment to excellence. I love how no two days are the same—and that I’m surrounded by people who support and inspire each other.
Most challenging project—and what did it teach you?
The most challenging and most rewarding project was a unique apartment in a converted
schoolhouse. The space had great character but also outdated features and difficult architecture. It taught me how smart styling and creative problem-solving can completely reshape how a space feels.
Favorite project?
One of my favorites was staging a classic pre-war apartment on the Upper West Side withviews of Central Park. It had gorgeous architectural details like hardwood floors and a massive gilded chandelier. The challenge was finding the right balance between honoring the apartment’s traditional charm while bringing in modern elements to keep it feeling fresh and timeless.
What makes Quadra unique in the industry?
Quadra stands out for its refined, detail-oriented design approach and the seamless way we work together as a team. Every project is carefully curated, and that level of intention shows in the results. The sense of collaboration here is what really sets us apart.
What is your greatest strength on the team?
As a designer, I’d say my strength is creating rooms that feel collected but cohesive—layered, interesting, and balanced. As a teammate, I focus on maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Being part of a supportive team like this makes every challenge feel more manageable and every win more meaningful.
What does turnkey luxury mean to you?
To me, turnkey luxury means a perfect harmony of form and function. It’s about crafting spaces that are as livable as they are beautiful—where every detail feels intentional and effortless for the client.
How would you describe your style in three words?
Curated. Timeless. Inviting.
Design icon or aesthetic you return to?
I’m always inspired by midcentury design—its clean lines, functionality, and simplicity. I lean toward warm tones, natural textures, and thoughtful details. I love blending vintage and contemporary elements to create a space that feels personal and layered.
