This spectacular triplex penthouse spans 7,256 square feet of interior space, with 1,241 square feet of private outdoor terraces. This residence is a masterclass in craftsmanship and design — and Quadra’s staging helped bring it fully to life.

Also in contract:
Tower Residence 44, a stunning full-floor 4-bedroom home with 4,492 square feet, last asking $23 million. In this case, our staging focused on scale, warmth, and lifestyle — creating an environment that helped potential buyers emotionally connect with the space and ultimately drive the sale.
