Sales Associate – Luxury Staging & Furniture Rental

As a Sales Associate, you will expand our client base and drive sales growth by working closely with brokers, developers, and property managers, selling both staging services and turnkey furniture rental solutions for properties ranging from boutique apartments to prestigious luxury real estate.

 

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and property managers

Proactively generate leads through cold calling, in-person visits, and networking

Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing, ensuring you have support as you build your client base

Confidently present our staging and furniture rental services, guiding clients through our seamless process

Conduct presentations and client meetings to showcase how our services can enhance property sales and rentals

Represent Quadra professionally, working with New York’s top real estate professionals and high-end properties

 

Qualifications

Passion for sales, real estate, and luxury interior design

Confidence to cold call, email, and meet with clients in person

Excellent relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset

Understanding of the New York real estate market is a plus

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets

Interior Designer – Luxury Staging & Turnkey Projects

 

RHOME / QUADRA, a leader in luxury staging and turnkey furniture rental, is looking for a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team.

 

As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming properties into high-end living spaces that stand out in the luxury real estate market. In addition to staging, you will help deliver turnkey furniture rental projects, ensuring each home is move-in ready with exceptional style.

 

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute luxury staging and turnkey furniture rental projects

Build strong client relationships, ensuring our bespoke design solutions align with their lifestyle and investment goals

Oversee projects from concept to execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion

Source luxury furniture, décor, and accessories to align with staging and turnkey project specifications

Manage installations and logistics, ensuring every project meets Quadra’s standard of excellence

Stay ahead of luxury interior design trends, bringing innovative ideas to our high-end property staging and rental solutions

Lead client presentations, articulating design concepts and project updates with confidence and professionalism

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field

5+ years of experience in luxury interior design, staging, or turnkey furniture rental

Strong portfolio showcasing high-end interior design and staging projects

Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple fast-paced projects

Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Deep understanding of luxury furniture, materials, and real estate staging trends

Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to exceed client expectations
